Had ordered a power bowl veggie - no black beans and this is what I found out was given to me when I got home. Lettuce and Rice and not even decent amount. Missing everything else. No reciept was in the bag to even attach a order number etc. Horrible service, will not be coming back to this location ever again. Will drive further if needed to locations that have done me right. Franchise owners / corporate stores that take pride in satisfied customers deserve my hard earned money.

This location has a curious habit of running out of proteins. I've had one experience where they did not receive my Doordash order despite confirmation and it being the correct location and then they didn't have the meat or potatoes to fill it despite my being there and their willingness to do so. They could use a little tightening up. When they do good, they DO do good, though. Breakfast rarely has issues. The food is usually nice and hot and the people nice.

I have rarely gotten an order that is entirely correct at this location. Service here is perfunctory at best, most of my more recent visits it had felt very clearly that the drive thru cashier didn't want to be there, and wishes the customers weren't either. I've worked hospitality and retail all my life. I know this isn't down to the underpaid and overworked staff. This is a management culture issue, and the management in this store is sorely lacking.

I ordered two black bean grilled cheese burritos and some food for my wife. Her food was fine but the only thing in my burritos were black beans. The only cheese on it was the cheese grilled to the outside. There was no cheese or anything on the inside but black beans. Super bland and disappointing. I always have to check to make sure they have all my items I order because there are always some missing but I didn’t know I had to take a bit before I leave to make sure that everything that’s supposed to be in there is in there. I’m so disappointed that I spent over $20 for this. I won’t be back to this location.

They advertise that they are committed to keeping it safe..NOT!! No employee wore a face mask at all. Not even the cashier at the drive-thru nor the cooks that are preparing our food. No one wore gloves. This experience was totally gross. Cashier explained to me before ordering that they have no ice for the drinks. And exact change only. Or credit card debit card. That is totally fine because there's a pandemic and a shortage. I did not expect them to have a shortage on health safety items like gloves or face masks they did not even have the stickers that secure the bag which they advertised that they do. I am not happy at this place

Food is good but the customer service is terrible! I received my food but didn’t get my drink. I waited at the counter to ask about my drink and was told they were out of the drink I ordered, I told them that was fine and asked for something different and all I got in return was an eye roll and attitude from the employee! While eating I heard employees have attitudes with multiple customers. Customers came in to pick up mobile orders and were told by the employees there’s was no order in and the customer had to replace their orders and wait on it. Just very rude employees!

The tables and floors were dirty. The food was awful. Plus I ordered one type of drink and the person gave me something totally different. I attempted to pay with cash and was told I could only order with a card through a machine and if I wanted to use cash I had to go through the drive thru. Considering I walked there from work on my lunch break, one would think the young lady could have rung up my order via the drive thru register. Luckily I also had a credit card. Will never visit this place again. Too nasty
