Wendy's

After enjoying a great day at Six Flags, my daughter and I went to Wendy’s Six Flags and had a horrible experience. It started at the counter as we where placing our order the cashier walked away as we where placing our order and didn’t come back so we eventually moved over to another cashier. Then we went to find a table until our order was ready. My daughter ordered a nugget meal and I ordered a classic chicken meal with no tomato because I’m allergic to tomato. When we found a table it was dirty and I went to the counter to asked for something to clean the table with. A young man behind the counter offered me 2 dry paper napkins so I asked him for some cleaning spray so he came to the table and cleaned it himself. When our order was ready we got our food. My daughter’s food was fine but when I got mine I received something that seemed to be old and not on the menu. The classic chicken sandwich looked like a chicken tender sandwich which was dry and burned with a tomato on it and a piece of lettuce that I couldn’t eat. Meanwhile the employees were laughing and yelling at each other; it was utter chaos so I paid for something that wasn’t editable and left very disappointed, unhappy and hungry.

This establishment has posted dining room hours. However, it never opens at the specified time. I have a problem retrieving my mobile order. Even when the drive-thru is down they tell you that you can't have your order. One of the biggest excuses is they are short on human capital. So I rate it 3 stars. When they go they are decent.

I went about 30 minutes or more before closing. I didn't expect much and that is what I received...not much. The options were very minimal so I selected from what was available. The customer before me ordered most of what was left so I selected the single combo and a single with bacon combo. After waiting several minutes for the employee come back to the intercom to finish my order and I asked to add a chicken nugget combo knowing that could be thrown in the frier (still 15 minutes left before 1am) but I was told they only had spicy nuggets and I wouldn't get the fries because they were out. That didn't make scent to me to pay for a whole meal and not get everything so I settled for a 6 piece. Once at the window I asked for a napkin to wipe the soda off the sides of the drinks and the manager told the cashier they were out. I had napkins in my bag so that was not true. Once I got home and checked my purchase, I see that the single with bacon combo had a broken piece of bacon. It was placed as to where if I checked the sandwich at the window I would assume the bacon was on the sandwich. This is the first time having any issues at this Wendy's and I understand being ready to go home. I'll just keep in mind that a last minute run to Wendy's isn't worth it. A picture of the bacon. Quite possibly the messiest restaurant I have ever been in! My daughter and I were staying in a hotel nearby and needed a quick dinner. Tables hadn’t been cleared and the drink area was a disaster. Food was okay though many of the fries had black ends. Oh, and they were out of register tape so no receipt. The employees weren’t busy and needed to clean the place up. I will never eat here again.

WARNING ! ! I stopped by this Wendy's for lunch today 2/11/20. The only thing pleasant was the 3 mins it took to get thru the line.I ordered the 4 for $4.( crispy chicken sandwich,nuggets,fries, & drink) the chicken sandwich was hard and old, the nuggets were luke warm and old & the fries were old & disgusting. To top it off the sprite tasted like seltzer water as if they were out of syrup for their fountain machine.( EVERY TIME I've come to this Wendy's the Sprite taste this way!AWFUL!) DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING SERVED QUICK BUT STALE NASTY FIOD WITH A SMILE ! ! !

The cost of the salad has went up which is a big disappointment because that’s the only thing that I would eat from there. But I find it very hard to pay eight dollars for a half size when he used to be four dollars and some change. The service was fantastic. The person on the intercom had so much manners. They actually used please and thank you which is something that you don’t normally experience when you go through a drive-through. So that was very refreshing. They were able to get our order correct. They included straws and they included the correct condiments that we asked for. They moved very fast to clear the line.
