Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

First off, they should be ashamed of their very very teeney weeney itty bitty $3.89 mini blizzard which was halfway frozen. In fact, the cashier's attitude was more frozen than the blizzard. The food was slightly cold had to heat the food up when I got to the house. Haven't been to DQ in a decade thought I'd give it a try; now I see why. Never...again!!

I’ve gone here several times recently and usually it’s an ok experience however on today it was not. I ordered a chocolate shake for my daughter and the car in front of us had an order that took about 15-18 minutes. When we got to the window the person I assume is a manger reaches to give me a melted shake.. when I asked if we could get another since we waited behind the previous car almost 20 minutes he proceeded to yell about just making it when I could see it had been sitting and melting. Treat your customers better sir!!

Dairy Queen has lost my business… I downloaded the apparently the customers are responsible for getting their points… Their employees know nothing about it… Since I’ve been using the app im not happy… I have deleted the app and will no longer go to this Dairy Queen… They do not know how to train their employees. This makes the fifth time I’ve gone thru the drive thru and their has been a problem with getting my points…. Why even have an app if you don’t get your points… Let’s hope the owner of this Dairy Queen is aware of how none of the employees even the manager’s know how to solve the points problem… Not a good way to run a business, not knowing how the app works.. I’m done… I’ll go to Chick-fil-A they know how to run a business.

Made a quick stop in here on our way through on New Years day. The place really didn't look to be open upon driving into the parking lot but it was and I would like for the girl working the drive through to be recognized for her beautiful personality. I hate that I didn't get her name but she was a ray of sunshine on such a miserable day. She was so very nice and pleasant. I wish there were more people like her in this line of work. I have gotten so used to people in this line of work just being rude and hateful so to find one who was so kind and positive was very nice the food was exceptional. Our burgers looked as if they were made with ❤️ not just thrown together. They were commercial worthy as well as delicious. The fries were fresh and hot. Not hard from sitting under a heat light for hours. She and her co-workers for today is definitely worth that $15.00 an hour wage. God Bless her and her co-workers and I hope she gets recognized for this review because she deserves it. From the people in the red car she wanted a picture of.
