Domino's Pizza

This Dominos is my go to but for the first time I'm really disappointed. The standard was gone. Their pizza we're always topped well and and cut well. Now I will say that I already contacted then and was given a partial credit for them being undersized but these other issues were not completely noted until after. The size a side the pizza we're cut so badly. You are literally ripping the slices apart. The cuts did notgo all the way through. Now on two of the 3 pizzas you had spots of just cooked dough...no actual toppings or sauce. I know they definitely have new people but I do hope they get them up to speed and check them better. We don't want to find a new pizza place. Update..found blonde hair this afternoon melted in the cheese. Waiting gm Patty to now call me back Had to call and the tone of not carrying was sad. I'll use my credit but sadly I can tell my business is not wanted... Shame because this was why I stopped ordering from Plainfield.

Love this dominos they do a great job! I am shocked that they are still open. Super grateful for it,but at the same time whoever is in charge of telling them to close up shop needs to have a little bit more care towards their team. There is a snow storm, the roads are bad, and they will have to drive home in the dark in those conditions. Poor upper management/leadership in my opinion .( I got stuck in the parking lot and they were super helpful pushing me out.)

Just placed an order. Received no phone call, which I normally do because there's always some kind of problem at this Dominos. After 40 minutes it still showed in Prep phase, so I called the store. The man who answered could barely answer my questions. I asked if they were busy or if something was wrong with the tracker, and he said acknowledged someone left and they were busy. I then had to ask 3 times when the pizza might get delivered. The first and second time he gave me completely incoherent answers, and I had to finally firmly state that I need to know when to expect the pizza I ordered. He finally told me 60-90 minutes. I've already been waiting for 40, and never received a phone call. Wildly unprofessional, disappointing and not uncommon for this store.

Took over an hour and my pizza wasn’t even in the oven called to get the details. Spoke with someone who said they were the “manager” but wouldn’t give their name and was incredibly rude. As your job position is customer service she had the worst customer service I’ve ever received. She was nasty from the moment she answered the phone and gave no help whatsoever. I understand dinner time can be stressful but you should never take that out on customers. Will not be ordering from them ever again.

Used the app before 6pm and was given an estimate for an hour to be delivered. After an hour, the app still showed it wasn't being cooked yet. I got excuses and was told it would be another hour. I cancelled my order. I gave them a chance because of the company claiming improvements, and they are just as slow as before. Use ANY other pizza place in Avon over Domino's.

The pizza is good if you can actually get it delivered. Seems that they are always without delivery drivers. If you do not have drivers then do not let the delivery system take your order. On NUMEROUS occasions this location calls after you place your order to tell you they are not staffed and cannot complete the order that was accepted and charged. Really a bad experience. Its almost like they are hiding the fact that they dont have drivers from their cooperate office. If you cant deliver then dont allow the system to take the order, thats not to much to ask is it???
