Absolute WORST service EVER!!! Just ordered two happy meals for my kids. One was a 6 piece chicken nugget meal and the other was a 4 piece chicken nugget meal. After driving all the way home my daughter opened her happy meal box and inside was just a huge mess of Big Mac sauce and that’s it. From the pictures below you can see how disgusting this looked. I had to drive all the way back and since all the doors were locked because of Covid-19. I had to wait in a huge line again. It had now been almost 45 minutes. I pulled up and asked to speak to the manager. I asked if one of her employees was playing some sort of game or messing with orders. After a very rude response. I asked for a full refund. The manager refused and said the Owner does not allow refunds. I asked for the owners contact information and the manager name. She refused walked away and left me at the drive thru window. Finally another manger came over and repeated the same thing. He gave me some generic number and forgot to give me a new happy meal. I started walking back to the drive thru window because now it had been almost an hour. As I was walking towards the drive thru window the manager was walking out the door with good for her boyfriend or husband parked in a truck next to her car. I told her that her employees didn’t give me a new happy meal and she started to argue with me saying they did. She then got into her car. I headed over to the drive thru window and told the employees they didn’t give me a replacement happy meal. The female employee rudely handed it to me. As I was walking back to my car I took a picture of her license plate. The woman immediately ran out of her car towards mine and took a picture of my license plate. I’ve been to this location hundreds of times only because of the convenience of the location but the service is awful. After tonight’s service I will NEVER spend a penny in this place again. I would advise anyone else in Avon or anywhere else to AVOID this place at all costs!

Ordered curbside at 7:44am (order #1904) and they did not bring out my order till 8:04am. It should NEVER take 20 minutes to get order of just two pies. As I am sitting there waiting other vehicles were just pulling up and ordering through the driveway and getting there food faster than I was. I voiced my frustration to employee that brought out my food and she than told me I should never order via curbside as it will always take longer and they are short handed. This type of service and wait time should be totally unacceptable. They were sure not shorthanded in getting the drive though people's food faster as I sit and wait 20 freaking minutes! You guys simply gotta do better!!

I don't expect a lot from McDonald's as a rule. But this location didn't even meet my expectations. It starts with a sign that says we have to order through a kiosk. And when we said we'd prefer an actual person Pat rudely said that wasn't an option & walked away. Being as the kiosk did not have the ability to let me make the changes for a special order that I needed, I was getting frustrated. Luckily for me a kinder, more understanding employee named Kathy saw my struggle & frustration and came over to assist. And although I very much appreciate her help, the food was atrocious.... fries were cold and burger was dry and cold. We ate the horrible food as we didn't have an another option before the game. I went to the bathroom before leaving and it was filthy as well. Overall a horrible experience!

Says that its is open till 9pm on sunday which it is yay. but failed to mention lobby is not after just being in the lobby just 45 min earlier hmm. This so very inconvenient for the Truck Drivers parker all around the area with limited options for meals, Pilot being the other which is not always stocked. Prices high as well.
