Arby's

My order was quite large and was prepared accurately. My only complaint was the girl at the drive-thru window seemed to have no energy. All of the other workers were hurrying to get food prepared and packaged up, and she was just leaning forward with her hands on her face and her elbows on the counter. She never smiled and didn't seem to enjoy her job or communicating with customers. Service needs to be as good as the food, in my opinion

They lost a good customer today. I placed my order online at 6:45pm and it said my order would be done by 7pm. I get there after 7, there were a few people waiting for their orders so I waited and waited and waited. I told them my name twice and they said my order never popped up. By 7:25, they told me to place my order again and I started to tell her my order and “My credit card was already charged $16.89.” Why should I? Now i have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Thanks for nothing arbys. Stupid kids working there and don’t know how to resolve order issues. They’ve been skimping out on sandwich meats lately too…. Also, I was charged $7 for their 2 for $6 deal…..because they felt like it I guess. All their commercials say 2 for $6. Desperate times call for desperate measures I guess. (I added a pic for proof I did indeed place my order. Aaaaaaand, my brother also ordered online AFTER me and he got his food.)

Clean, Courteous, Quick, Tasty I really thought the wait here would be a long one. It's an area that is inundated with shoppers and travelers. This wasn't the case. The drive through was very busy so we went inside. They were either heavily staffed in the back, or the staff they have are good. The drive through was moving well and inside our order was received fast, fresh, hot and accurate. Clean inside and outside alike. Employees were pleasant and respectful. 2 thumbs up.

Got there at 9:10, they close the dining room at 10:00. I ordered a chicken bacon sandwich. It wasn’t even warm. It was cold. The cheese didn’t melt. My piece if chicken was tiny. Our fries were old and gross. I showed the girl who was busy getting ready to close the store 1/2 hour early. She said “sorry” and walked away. We threw our food out and left. Went to Wendy’s. Would have asked for our money back, but everyone was so busy getting ready to close the store early that they didn’t notice us standing at the counter. Neat.
