Stopped for lunch around 3:00 pm today 4/16/22. Order was wrong food was horrible. Chicken nuggets were dried up. Person taking order was arrogant and not polite at all. Probably choose McDonald's next time.

Absolutely disgusting ..... our food was super cold & employees working could care less all they cared about was being on there phones ... got home & found hair in the bottom of my fries ... NEVER AGAIN

The service was rude and my order was given to me wrong twice including missing items. It was not busy during my visit. It took 3 employees to take my payment.

Went to BK for lunch yesterday and the last couple of times we were there , their food has steadily gone down hill ! We had the BK double king meal special and a double cheeseburger meal and our rolls were a whole bunch less than fresh ! And our onion rings looked and tasted like they were hours old and reheated ! Needless to say it'll be a good while B4 we go back ! VERY DISAPPOINTED ! Used to love BK ! But they ain't what they used to be !

Very nice staff. As I waited for our food, because I needed to stand a little, 2 other staffs members asked if they could help me. You don't find that to often.
