Wendy's

I came through the drive through for breakfast early this morning probably around 8:30 or so first time they wouldn’t even take my order and when i drive around the building the manager was outside smoking weed so i circle back around and she finally decided to take my order i got the #7 with a strawberry lemonade the potato wedges were ice cold had to have been sitting there since they opened! the sandwich wasn’t even worth eating the most decent part of the whole meal was the ice in the lemonade if i could give it zero stars i would they seriously need to do something about this wendys it’s been going on for months!

Slow service. They dismissed our mobile order after we checked in, so our food wasn’t even being prepared after 20 minutes of waiting. They were fixing fries without gloves. No hair nets. They were turning away customers because they were “behind” but had two people standing up front doing nothing. The whole group said there was nothing they could do when I asked for the order to be cancelled after waiting 20 minutes. There was a manager hiding in the back that was not helping named Shawn.

This was the worst service I've ever had at Wendy's. I've gotten bad service at this Wendy's before so it had been a long time since I've been back. I won't be going back again until it's under new management. I love Wendy's ever since I was a kid. but this is not the Wendy's I remember. The service was poor at best. The person that waited on me was one of the managers she never spoke to me. I and other people waited 5 minutes in line before she even took her orders. They were not that busy it was hardly anyone in the drive-thru. There seem to be plenty of staff. Once I did get service the manager never spoke to me never thanked me never offered any sauce for the chicken nuggets we ordered. The meal came quickly the staff that was preparing the food did a good job everything was tasty. Both bathrooms were filthy, and the paper towels were out. The drink machine was missing 18 different flavors. I was going to use the manager's name in this comment but instead I'll just close with this. I'll spend my money someplace else.
