It’s been numerous time I’ve visited this Starbucks and my order has always been consistent of EXTRA light ice. This time I wanted to order in person to find out why I’m not getting the extra light ice. I got extra light ice but only three quarter of my drink was filled as if I had ordered a smaller drink. Very frustrating as he blamed the corporate when I asked him why. Don’t visit this place!

I was in a rush yesterday October 8 to make it to my sons football 🏈 game so I place a mobile at 4:56 pm I get there at 5:10 to pick up my order and the barista hands my drinks… I had also ordered food items and was waiting on those too and they weren’t ready she tells me the cookies are out so she offered something els or a refund I took 2 cake pops instead.. she faces toes to me and walked away … I stood there and waited for my oatmeal and she proceeded to tell me she didn’t have an order for that she asked for my receipt so I show her and this is how she hands me my oatmeal…… I wasn’t offered a bag nor a cup holder and to top it off my drinks tasted horrible so I threw them away they were rude and had a bad attitude

Not busy and all the baristas were talking to some guy not even ordering. Was waiting there for a bit and they just completely ignored me. Rude people

Liked it, nice customer service! Got a pumpkin spice latte and felt extra trendy 😎. Just one thing, there was no chairs and table to sit at, even for the outside area of the Starbucks which was quite sad... but hey these pictures turned out pretty nice and walking isn't half bad since the scenery of the plaza itself is enjoyable 🤠✌

I'm giving them one star because when they spell things on their signs with chalk, they always mispell the words. Ahahahahha. I told them, nicely. When I came back a week later, they had even more misspelled signs! Poor things.
