Sticky Fingers

Mixed emotions on this place. The food was very good, but the place needs some work. It was not a busy night (Saturday), and yet we were seated in a back booth near the restroom. The bathroom door banged loudly anytime someone went in or came out of it. The frame needs a buffer to quiet the sound. The vinyl on the booth seats were ripped up horribly and uncomfortable. Walking past the other booths, and you could see many of them were in the same disrepair. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, which was a plus. The food really was flavorful and a highlight of the evening. The walls at the entrance is adorned with signed photos of many celebrities and famous people, it is just sad that some areas need some TLC and perhaps it might improve repeat business. Although the food was delightful, I am not sure if I will return as seating was uncomfortable.

Our family eats barbeque fairly frequently, so we have a lot of expertises to compare to. We chose Sticky Fingers primarily because we purchase their sauces at our local grocery store. We ordered a variety of dishes including brisket, pulled pork, chicken, and some sides. We were pretty unimpressed, as most the meat was bland and way overcooked. In addition, the restaurant was very hot inside, despite the outside temperatures being in the low 60's. Still like the sauces, unimpressed with the food.

Disappointed to say the least, upon arriving we had a party of 8, two groups were before us and rather to seat the party of two (there were plenty of open tables, they had us wait in the entrance by the cold door) I have two small children and they grew restless. The waitress had no clue how to do her job, nor did the manager. I order what I thought would be hand battered chicken tenders ($11) was the price of the plate, I asked for Cole slaw which was at least a day over expiration and they were still serving it. The portions were really small and the cornbread never came. I have never been here before but I can't imagine anything here would impress me. Hopefully they will train their staff better so no one else has to wait 45 minutes to be seated and have crappy over priced food. This was supposed to be out special night watching Christmas lights and instead we were delayed and had a horrible experience.

Sticky Fingers used to be a decent barbeque place in the area. I stopped by this place last week, and I was disappointed with the experience. The restaurant felt dingy. I was in the restaurant not long after opening, so it wasn't following a busy "rush" of business. The food wasn't as good as in the past. Bathrooms weren't clean, and there was a sink missing that I am assuming was being repaired. The sink and plumbing was open, and just seemed like it should have been covered at least. I don't think I would visit again.

Food was good.... Bloody Mary (-) the Liquid Smoke was ON POINT. Service was off. Ask for a side ceasar salad with ranch, didn't double check it and got a mouth full of caesar dressing along with the ranch I added... Soda drinks went all the to the bottom empty and remained there for more than 20 mins. ** SIDENOTE: this would of been a 2star review BUT, we got to witness 2 blessings celebrate their special birthdays, which made this visit very worth it!!! **

The service was ok. The manager was patient, nice,and friendly. The buffet was not much just practically an all you can eat plate dinner. The buffet menu choices are pulled pork, roasted chicken, green beans, baked beans, Cole slaw, and dessert... which was preach cobbler that day. Which isn't bad for the price of about $10 per person, plus tax. The food was just kinda bland. The peach cobbler was good. I would consider going back to try something else to see if it's a total fail or pass.
