Red Lobster

Our meal at Red lobster was absolutely delicious. We went during the day when it was not crowded and very pleasant. For future reference this is actually a great time to go. The food came out really quickly and it was surprisingly tasty. I haven't been to Red lobster in such a long time but I'm glad that we did. Our waiter was awesome too and recommended the great meals in our pictures. I can't remember the name of them but they were really delicious.

My entree was the Salmon New Orleans. It has a delicious sauce and plump juicy shrimp as a topping for the salmon. This time I got the brocolli - my healthy choice and mashed potatoes - for something yummy. Overall, the meal was really good. **I do see that the portion sizes are getting smaller. As always the Cheddar biscuits were delicious. My husband had the same meal except he did a double mashed potatoes. We had the seafood stuffed mushrooms for our appetizer. They give you 6 - so we each had 3. Because they were so good with cheesy goodness and crab stuffing we devoured them; so we didn't get a picture.

Nice place for location, with shopping center parking lot. Had to wait only a few minutes for a table as they are net yet back to full staff and had seated all the current wait staff could handle. That said, the server was slow getting our order, getting it in and bringing it to us. She had to be reminded we were waiting for several items and more than once brought incorrect things to us, looking confused when we informed her 'those aren't for us'. The food was excellent, and the patron margarita was perfect.

I love red Lobster because the good food but definitely I give this review because Managers need put attention in this big problem, 4 weeks ago my family and I arrived to restaurant at 9:30pm and front desk guy said is closed but door was open and I said google time read you close at 10pm in that day. Today is Saturday and again we was there jun18th 2022. arriving 9:50pm and one guy was in front desk looking for something and he called other guy to attend us in front desk. The second guy said is closed I explained polite way we are waiting before 10 pm and google read they close at 11:00 pm and no able to attend us asked for something he can do to attend us as speak with kitchen boss or any body and said again no. This team need increase the quality in service and apply common sense. if they want close at 10pm need put in google close 10 pm and close restaurant when last client finish or something better. I said thanks to the guy and taken other option one mile near there, it was Texas Road House They read in google close at 11pm today and we arrived 10:10pm and they smiling gave us a table and we enjoyed The dinner despite bad experience today, all is possible.

Ordered food, ended up having to get it to go because it took over an hour for them to bring it out after we ordered. We had to ask for the complimentary biscuits after our waitress third time coming to our table. Drinks took over 25 mins from the bar. We get our food just to be served a half plate of lobster pasta priced at $26. It had more sauce than noodles. You can see the bottom of the container. On top of many things forgotten and having to ask for twice. Service here is not good. We’re pretty reasonable people especially with my husband being a waiter half his life, he understands but this was unacceptable.

Our server, Justin, was very sweet & attentive. The food was brought out piping hot. The Walt's fried shrimp was delicious but the shrimp scampi was bland. I ordered the pina coloda drink & it took forever to come out. Once I got it, it was watered down almost & pretty flavorless. I usually enjoy that drink but it wasn't good this time. The vent in the women's bathroom had rust spots & mold around the whole rim which was pretty gross.
