Employees are sweet but don’t pay attention to detail when it comes to ringing in or preparing the food. I ordered veggie chili and received beef chili. I realized a couple bites in. I’m a vegetarian and haven’t eaten meat in 4 years so this is disheartening for me. More attention to detail and not rushing the food out just to get it out would make this place a lot better. I love mcalisters but I won’t be returning to this location.

Came in today to get me the King Club. It was Amazing. The new GM Edward is on top of it. The store is so clean. The vibe in the store is so positive. I can’t wait to come back and eat.

Good food, fresh, fast service. Would have preferred my Ruben sandwich grilled, but lots of meat to savor regardless. I also prefer my potato salad savory as opposed to sweet, but still fresh and good.

Food is pretty decent, service is is great. The only complaint that I have is that the last 2 times I came here, they didn’t have any baked potatoes ready…. This place is know for there spuds…. Other than that it’s good

Horrible service!!! Workers had zero urgency. It took 20 minutes for our food to be brought out to us. No apology for the wait. Food was terrible.
Definitely not what I have experienced at other Mcalister ‘s deli’s. I would avoid the concord location.

The New Yorker is the best I've ever had! This place makes Panera look and tast like a McDonald's! Club was small but top quality deli meats. Didn't have a full piece of bacon but tasted superb!

Abigail is just there to be there; absolutely no sense that she is getting paid to provide customer service. Chef is rocking a purple shower cap and ear phones, just living his best life without regard to how sloppily (and without accuracy) he prepares/BURNS the food. At least four employees, only one table has people, and yet these employees are providing no customer service…yeah, let’s stop blaming covid for everything….HIRE BETTER so we can have better experiences…until then, you won’t see a single red cent from me, my family, or anyone else that I can reach out to.
