This place always has the longest line and slowest service. The chicken is usually hot though. They also do not serve chicken until 11. Maybe its a Concord thing because the others I have visited in the last 25 years start chicken at 9

Good employees, food is almost always fresh and hot. Only reason this store didn't get 5stars is because they gave me unsweet tea instead of sweet. Has happened multiple times in the past at this same store. No attention to detail on choosing drinks.

Maybe take the open for takeout only sign down and lock the doors if y'all are in fact not open for takeout.. that would save us both time and energy..

I have eaten here several times and there has been a small black hair found in my food on two separate occasions. If it were one time, I would be more understanding but the fact that this is not an isolated incident is concerning. Obviously their health and safety standards are not what they should be. I do not recommend eating here.

PSA if you go to the drive-thru at this location DO NOT LEAVE THE WINDOW until you have meticulously checked every item in your bags. You will even need to open up anything that is wrapped or boxed to verify that it is correct. This location consistently gives out incorrect orders, they have NO PRIDE in a job well done.

Sign in the door says open for take out only but the door is locked. Open the door or take down the sign. It’s that simple.
