Miso Sushi And Grill

The atmosphere is nice, the staff is friendly and the food is fresh. My wife and I have tried other sushi places and this little place really surprised us. The sushi is fresh and well proportion, the miso soup was pretty good with a nice kick to it, my 5 year old had one for herself plus she tried the sushi for the first time and she liked it. I will definitely go back for more, oh and the price is just right.

This place is OK if you're hungry like my wife and I were when we visited. It's kind of dirty (the soy sauce bottle had a thick ring of soy sauce under it when I picked the bottle up and the table was sticky). I've eaten in worse places but I'm not excited of this place. The cost of the meal for two including tip was $33 and change, too much for the quality and quantity of food we received. The portions were small.

Was one of the worst sushi experiences ever. The miso soup was salty and tasted more like chicken broth vs miso. My sushi came. The order was wrong. I ordered a spicy yellowtail roll and got a spicy tuna roll. They corrected it to their credit but the roll was awful. The fish tasted bad and the spicy mayo was put on the outside of the roll, vs the inside...........and was in excess. the salmon and tuna sashimi was subpar. and the worse was the flying fish roe. I ordered Ikura to learn they did not have it......so I asked for flying fish roe. When it came out, there was all of about 1/4 teaspoon on the rice. and one of them was frozen solid.........it was horrendous. Cannot recommend this place for sushi. NOthing was good about my experience

If I could give less then 1star I would! Food was ok, but for the price I could have went to my normal place in Charlotte. I ordered the hibachi chicken and got 7...7 pieces of the smallest chicken chunks. Also technically a whole onion diced which I did not ask for. I'll never go back here again or recommend to anyone
