Charley's Grilled Subs

Update: I emailed Charleys on two different occasions as they requested in their response below my review, and never got as much as a response from them. This was months ago and still no response. This was probably the absolute worst dining experience that I have ever had. To start, when I got to the counter, there was nobody there. I stood at the counter for over five minutes knocking on the counter and trying to politely get someone's attention. Finally somebody came out after about five minutes. When I took my first bite, I got a big long blonde hair. And the food didn't taste very good. And to top it off, the employee seemed disinterested in myself as well as the lady that was in line with me. We just moved from Arizona and we absolutely loved our Charley's Philly Steak there. I'm sad that I can't have that same experience here.

They serve good cheese-steak subs for a fairly reasonable price, but this location doesn't believe in service with a smile. A couple of times they've complained about people using a credit card. Most of the time it's simply take your order and hand you the food. Of course, it's in a food court in a mall so adjust your expectations accordingly.
