Dunkin'

One of the managers there is by far the rudest person I have ever met. I go into this store 3-4 times a week to order my team coffee and before I can even tip she yelling about tips, today when I went through drive through and order 3 coffees when I got to the window one of the coffees were missing cold foam so I ask if I could just get it and she snatched the coffee from my hand before I could ask for the cream on the side for one of the coffees she stormed off. So when she got back I asked if I could get the two creams on the side and she rudely said can I get you anything else and slammed the window before i could answered I waited there so I could get my recipes and she refused. My team and myself easily spend 300+’dollars a week at this location but we will not be returning due to her. The women is an older women with dark curly hair who sounds like Fran from the nanny!

I ordered my coffee 5 minutes before I arrived at the store and then proceeded to take 20 more minutes before my coffee was even ready. Now I get places like this get busy but when my order on the go is sitting on the counter and staff is just walking around doing nothing is absolutely absurd. This is a very poorly managed staff and they have no sense of urgency and watching them deal with customers they lack much needed customer service skills.

Staff are kind of rude here, to be honest. One employee literally had a mask hanging from their ear, not even below their nose. Kind of a bad look for customer service in a pandemic regardless of vaccination status. After a car accident we experienced here with a total loss, no employee came out at all-- nothing is expected from the staff, but a simple "Are you okay?" would have been nice. Actually, we were ignored. My orders here typically take a while, but that's fine, and sometimes something I order on-the-go doesn't show up. Overall, this is really just a meh Dunkin'. Nothing explicitly bad in my experiences here, also never anything good.

I was going to give this restaurant 1 star. I'm giving it 3 because the regular staff was amazing. It only gets 3 because of the manager Amanda. She showed a blatant disrespect to her employees. She came out from her cave in the back room and yelled at all the employees in front of all of us customers. After saying that they should clean up because it's their job she proceeded to retreat back to her cave, presumably to hibernate. I hope she get's a better attitude otherwise she will lose all her employees.
