Sun Juice Smoothie And Juice Bar

Cute little juice bar with a 1980s-90s feel that has been around for a long time. They really should update the menu to include more vegetables. The kid behind the counter was very hardworking, and was trying to train a new kid. There’s no sense of “withitness” here. On the other hand, the dragonfruit bowl I ordered was lovely to look at and surely quite full of antioxidants, so it was worth the visit.

Where is customer service in South Miami hands down! The older lady is the worst. I say hello when I walk in and she just looks at me with a mean mug and says nothing and continues working on one order ahead of me as slow as she possibly can. Service is always slow no matter who is working. It seems as though the employees could care less. Smoothies are overpriced but very tasty. What a shame because the smoothies are so good but the customer service is the absolute worst!

Smoothies are delicious but service is kind of slow. Maybe you should hire more people or faster workers. Also, I’m just saying this so you know and can improve service, but I got a smoothie today, which was delicious (Açaí Power) but had pieces of some sort of plastic either from a wrapper or something. Hope you can fix this.

Im giving five stars because of my overall experience. I went about a week ago and everything was delicious. I ordered the strawberry samba and my brother got the awesome Oreo one. Our server was so nice I even remember his name. As soon as we went in, he greeted and welcomed us. Carlos was suuuuuper nice and got our order prepared quickly and efficiently. I will be coming back for sure and hopefully Carlos will be working.
