Chipotle Mexican Grill

I usually do not go to the Crestwood location but decided to treat myself after work for my Birthday. The restaurant was out of chips first off, but that wasn’t the issue. The time was a little after 8pm, now mind you the restaurant closes at 10pm and yes, they had multiple employees on duty. The food that was on the serving line looked old and you could literally see the food had been sitting there for a while. Nothing fresh was being prepared as the grill had been cleaned which obviously they did not want to cook and have to reclean it. When I brought this to the employees attention, he gave me a look of confusion like almost how dare I call out the lack of fresh food being served. He then went and got the shift manager and after he was made to see the realization of what I was pointing out, he admitted that some of the food had definitely been sitting except for the chicken which he claimed was fresh. In closing, after taking a chance and consuming what I bought, it is a decision that I regret as the food did not taste anything like the Chipotle’s I have grown to enjoy so I will not be patronizing this location again. Clueless employees…clueless managers.

I will never return to this location. The service was terrible and the food I received was not worth the money I paid for it. It wasn't busy at all when I walked in but it took atleast 20 minutes for them to make 2 bowls. The employees do not know how to make that counter run smooth. Three different people had their hands in making my order. They kept walking away and coming back and it wasn't to replenish any of the bins of food either, not sure what the hell they were doing. Maybe because everyone working there were very very young. This location needs management!

literally had 4 pieces of steak in a taco, I told them to keep it. I was not paying $9 for three steak tacos with 4 cubes of steak in each one. The rude girl behind the counter said she is only allowed to use one scoop of meat between all three tacos. That would have been fine if scoop wasn't half filled. I will not be going there again.

I have been to this location twice in the past 2 weeks. I ordered from the Chipotle app and picked up each time. The first time, I picked up my order and had to wait an additional 20 or more minutes. Today I also ordered from the app with a pick up time of 11:30. I got there at noon and the cashier half way looked for my order trying to make it seem like I did something wrong on my end when it was really her not doing her job. I watched her over look my bag twice until I said I was never coming back then magically she remembered how to spell my name. I will never be back and I will tell anybody never to go to the Crestwood location

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Pre-ordered my meal online so that I didn’t have to wait in line, showed up 15 minutes after my meal was supposed to be ready and it still wasn’t sitting on the shelf. Then I had to wait in line because the cashier was busy ringing people up. I had to cut a customer off while she was being checked out because I was tired of waiting for the cashier. The cashier told me to wait, but someone behind her noticed I was not happy and grabbed my food for me. Will never order from this chipotle again.

If there was such a thing as no star, that would be what I would have given. It’s ran by a bunch of kids who care more about pushing orders out (even if they are poorly made) than the customers themselves. Apparently quesadillas and the fajita mix (when its running low) are ONLY for ONLINE customers. Well I am a PAYING customer in PERSON! I should NOT have to download an app to order something that they can make right in front of their faces! Learn to value and please your customers!!! Whether that order comes from a computer screen or a mouth! In short, waste of my time and will not recommend nor go back!

To start I love chipotle food but this was bad. I have never received anything so awful from chipotle before. I ordered a burrito bowl veggie with a side of guacamole and chips and a drink. When it was delivered I have no drink the guacamole on the burrito bowl and in the cup completely brown I mean dark brown. I’ve been trying to call them to at least get a refund on the drink and nobody answers the phone I’ve been trying for like 10 minutes. I don’t recommend Crestwood restaurant at all. The one in Tinley Park is much much better.
