We're more used to Jersey Giant here in Michigan, and Mike's always seemed so similar, but this is our first time trying it out. My sub was really great. I suspect that the meat quality is slightly less than what they have at Giant, but totally fine. Gonna have to visit again to try the cheese steak or chicken philly or what-have-you. The dude that made our sandwich was totally on the ball. More to follow after another visit sometime

Love this Jersey Mike's been here many times the lobby is always clean and well taken care of the workers here are always friendly and pleasant and the sandwiches have always been very Hardy definitely would recommend to anybody.

Very nice place to go! Look into their app for a free sub on your birthday. Every ingredient was fresh. Staff was friendly. Shop was very clean. The manager helped me with the app. Great experience and great food. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend. Give it a try!

Cold cut station needs to be cleaned. They should have different cut boards for sliced meats and cheese. People are allergic to certain meats. They should clean the station area slicing the meats 🍖. Only thing great is the hot sandwiches 🥪

This place was SO great when it opened! Delicious sandwiches and really nice employees. I don't know what happened since then... but almost every time I order from here (which is becoming less and less) at least one sandwich is messed up. The great customer service is no longer there either. This last time, ONE sandwich out of 4 was correct. One sandwich was missing all together. The other 2 had completely wrong toppings. The bottle of water was missing from the order. When you order online, the bag is sealed, so you don't really know what's in there. Then when trying to call, they don't answer the phone. Very frustrating. This became my favorite sandwich place, but it's pretty much a waste of $ now.

Ordered food online when I showed up at the time given my order still has not been completed. As I stood there waiting for my food for over 20 min I only saw 5 other orders completed. Very unorganized and chaotic. When I received my order for course it was wrong but I was already back at work and I wasted my lunch break. Will not be coming back to the Crestwood IL location again
