Papa John's Pizza

Only getting 1 star because the delivery driver was friendly. On Jan 30th I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni & bacon and one of their brownies. They delivered a plain cheese pizza(which was extremely soggy) with stuffed crust and cheese bread. Because it was an hour wait for delivery, I decided to complain through their survey(my fault) and Papa John's got back to me a few days later asking how the follow up went...but there wasn't a follow up. I then turned to Twitter and Papa John's Support DM'd me asking for my email associated with the order and I provided it. Once again, a few days go by and no word from them. I gave them ample time to make it right and they failed to do so. I'll never order Papa John's again.

I ordered the cheeseburger Papadilla. There were more pickles in one pile than meat on the whole thing, no cheese. And it was still sparce. When I called the store he wouldn't believe me and said he might eventually get someone out to the house but it'll look the same. What kind of service is this? I PAID MONEY for the food, i should recieve the food I paid for. Don't buy the cheeseburger Papadilla and definitely don't order from the store on Crestwood.
