Mrs Winners Chicken & Biscuits

For the longest my rating of this location was a 4 because, although not perfect, I always received good service, that was until yesterday. On yesterday my order consisted of primarily sides because we were feeding family members during a fish fry. Two family orders of potato wedges, two family orders of fried okra, two orders of coleslaw and a cinnamon swirl for the ride home. Hoping to have the order ready when we arrived I placed my order online. Unfortunately this did not shorten the wait time. After about a 15 wait I received the order and hurried home. What I found in our bag lead me to call. Each of the potato wedge boxes were only halfway filled, the okra was not in the correct box and was served in a small styrofoam container, the coleslaw was warm and had a sour taste, and the super cinnamon swirl although tasty was less than half the size of the container it was in. I called the restaurant and ask to speak to a manager only to be placed on hold for 7 minutes. I hung up and called back only to be told that no manager was in and I would need to call back the next day. I have now attempted to call three times today and received no answer each time. Very disappointed with my service this visit and I hope to receive, in the least, a partial refund for this partly inedible and definitely lacking order.

Now I love Mrs. Winners and being from Nashville, we don't have one there so coming to ATL for a getaway and finding a Mrs. Winners was definitely a plus! Now y'all know I had to get the famous Cinnamon Roll, a few pieces of chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy and biscuit! The mashed potatoes and gravy were supposed to be their baked beans but they were out!!! The customer service was okay and the food was okay... 3 stars!

This was my first time here and it was pretty good. The waffles was fluffy & the chicken was crispy and juicy. The line was a little long but moved pretty quickly. No complaints there’s. After we ordered there was about a 10+ minute wait for our second order of chicken and waffle. Overall, it was a good meal.

Everything was excellent in this restaurant. But they need to keep the bomb out the restaurant cause they smell and people not going to want to go in this restaurant if they are in there. People are scare they might try to do something to them.but beside that the food was excellent I brought two chicken breast and two biscuits.

This place is ridiculous don't eat here!! The women have no customer service. They use profanity asking what do you want instead of how can I help you. It take them 30 to 35 mins to give you your meal. When you do get your meal all of the food is soo greasy. Never again will I patronize this location.
