Horrible doesn't even start! Food was of hardees quality. The man in the back was good. Only two people working. Him and a manager. She was smoking in the parking lot when we came in at7pm. No drink machines were working. No tea was made. She was rude. She was incompetent. No ketchup was available in lobby and whenwe asked She wanted to charge us. Will not be returning.

Waited 15 minutes for A (1) chicken sandwich (that we were supposed to have fresh) for it to only b cold as ice ...... If I didn't have to go back to work right then i would have went back. But after waiting so long I wouldn't waste anymore of my time (might have taken the manager 30 minutes to come and talk to me) i will NOT be back!

Waited 9 minutes for 1 chicken biscuit (not even a combo meal). I was at the drive thru. Was asked to pull forward, so I did. Then after that, they came out and asked me to park in a spot. Several people came and went thru the drive thru before I got my 1 biscuit. Didn't even get an apology.

Managers are great, workers pretty much take pride in, NOT taking pride, on what they do. They try to pull from over stock to make other breakfast sandwiches, so if you use drive thru, it's been sitting for ahwile!

Hardee’s on Hwy 31 in Decatur Alabama is the worst Hardee’s ever! I am sitting in the parking lot waiting on my Little Thicknurger. I ordered at drive thru and again must wait. It has been 13 minutes so far. Other people in drive thru parked everywhere waiting too! This is ridiculous! I eat here everyday and this goes on everyday. This is not a drive thru!!!

Food was hot & fresh, cashier & the woman fixing the food seemed to have an attitude, guess they aren't morning people, wasnt rude to me, but i seen the attitudes! Im sure we will be back.

Low health scoring.. Ordered milk shakes, got them home and they tasted awful. Called then to let them know and the employee tells me the milk was out of date.
