Ipho' Vietnamese Restaurant

The ambience is very nicely decorated and clean. Upon arrival, we were seated and given menus. I would say the service was subpar (probably due to the lack of servers during lunch service). We were asked what drinks we wanted probably after a solid 5 minutes of sitting there. I ordered the bun bo hue. All of our food came out very slowly; when it came to our table, the soup was lukewarm and lacked spice. Had to dump a lot of chilis and black pepper in the soup to compensate.

Very decent pho in a modern setting. The place was really bright and clean, and service was super. The pho broth was flavorful though i'd prefer the meats to have a bit more fat and the broth is less on the spice note. For those who love Southern style pho, this is a decent choice. Parking in the plaza was pretty good.

Had to try this famous Pho joint that has your name in it..LoL. I was blown away by one of their amazing delicious Bun Cha Ca (fried fish cake and spicy soup). Soup came out piping hot and all the fresh greens were fresh. Soup has a light seafood flavor and fried fish cake was just mind blowing amazingly delicious.

The beef satay here was very delicious, and had some of the most unique flavors I've ever tasted in a satay. There was a strong coconut milk sweetness and creaminess, along with a pungent savoryness of shrimp paste. Very reminescient of a Thai coconut curry. The beef inside came rare and was very tender. Prices were fair and the portion size was good!
