Pizza Hut

The pizza was cold and tasted like it had sat around for hours. The pizza toppings were very scant. I have seen a greater amount of toppings on frozen pizza from the grocery store. The chicken wings were cold and hard. Some of the wings didn't even have sauce. I ordered a cheese shaker and that was missing completely. The whole meal was a colossal waste of money.

No place gets a 5 score. 4's you have to impress me. 3 well this is where they are...middle of the road pizza. I picked it up and didnt have to wait. It was still hot when I got home 4 miles away. Seems like the quantity of ingredients are less than they used to be. Lots of crust. Asked for 2 times the crust flavor and still needed sauce to eat the crust. I won't mention other pizza places a bit further away but they have cheaper, more ingredients, and less cost than what I ordered tonight. I'm not saying I will not go back but will continue to support other competitors to spread business around during this Covid time including Pizza Hut. Update 3/3/22 Not alot of change. Pizza was cut like a newbie under pressure when there wasnt one. Still not impressed when store bought is alot cheaper. If I was to find out the employees are making$15.00 per hour and app is asking for a tip....sorry.

One of the two pizzas ordered was not prepared correctly. I immediately took it back in. They said they'd prepare another one and it would take about 10 minutes. After waiting 20 - 25 minutes they gave me the replacement, but it was also not correct. I didn't feel like waiting another 20 minutes so I left. This is not the first time this location has prepared by order incorrectly.

Called to order my grandsons pizza and when they picked up they asked, "can you hold for a minute." I said, "yes." 20 minutes and 17 seconds late I hung up. So I called back and the same guy asked, "can you hold for a minute." I told him, "he'll no I can't because I was left on hold for over 20 minutes already." Surprisingly he said, "I'll take your order." I will not say what I told him but we are eating domino's now. Horrible customer service. Just incase the manager wants to know who it was it happened on 04-30-2022 at 1:05pm. If they even address it.
