Dickey's Barbecue Pit

I ordered 3 meals at 3:30 to be picked up at 7pm. Instead of calling when they ran out of the sides that I ordered, they let me drive all the wY there and then told me they were out of baked beans and Sour creamN onion chips. I dealt with it though one of the reasons I ordered from them was for their baked beans. Then I get home and there is no sauce in the bag. You need better training. This is a management fail.

I called to put in a large pick up order for the doctor's office I work for. I was rudely greeted by Hannah, the first time. I was told to call back in ten minutes because she was busy with other catering orders. I waited ten minutes and called back. Hannah again answers the phone. I proceed to tell her my orders. We each looked online and I had two daily specials, which was the smoked chicken. Hannah told me she did not know what I was talking about and was very ugly about it. Hannah put me on hold to find out I was indeed correct. She rushed me through the entire order and didn't even read the order back or give me a thank you for your business. She told me when we could pick up the order and hung up the phone. I'm sorry if she was having a bad day but she should not be answering phones if she cannot be polite to people. Customer service is most important and we will not be ordering from Gulfport Dickey's again, D'iberville will get our business from now on.
