Domino's Pizza

I called to order pizza and after they confirmed that they deliver to base and took my order for a pizza, they decided that they could not deliver 2.2 miles to navy base. I see their cars on base daily, but maybe since it was after 9pm they wouldn’t deliver anymore?? Not a huge problem, but consistency is important. Communicating is important.

This is by far the worst Dominos in all of the Gulfport/Biloxi area. Their service is slow, their staff is rude and they give you false timelines of when you can expect your order to be ready for pick up/delivery. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I used the Dominos app to place an order for Delivery and it said my order was being prepped for over 30 minutes. I called the store directly to get a status and come to find out they hadn’t even begun to prep my order. I don’t usually post bad reviews, but at this point I felt it necessary to let people know to not waste your time with this location. Complete failure.

It’s been 2 hours since we placed an online order and we still haven’t received our delivery order. I understand being short staffed but this is unacceptable. I’m currently on hold with the store tryin to get an update but of course they aren’t answering the phone. Dominos get yo folks. This is ridiculous!!

My trip to Domino's was very good. When I got there to pick it up and it was ready, also good. I gave the nice cashier my coupon and to my surprise it was accepted with no friction or static. But most of all my grandson was satisfied and said the food was good 👍. Oh, this was the Domino's on 25th Avenue, Gulfport, MS
