Absolutely ridiculous. Waited over two hours for them to deliver two sandwiches and I live no more than five minutes away. I called twice, every hour I waited and the lady just kept telling me it was “on its way”. Finally the kid arrived and hurrah, my order is wrong. I’ve never had an issue with this place before and I understand they are busy but this is just sad. I would not waste your night like I have by ordering from them. Took a total of 3 hours and 3 different visits from the kid to receive my correct order.

This place is terrible. I get it, places are short staffed but we gave them the benefit of the doubt the last 2 times and this time it has taken OVER 2 hours for them to deliver 2 sandwiches. I live not even 5 minutes away. Jimmy Johns slogan is freaky fast... well not this place. Everytime I call they always give an excuse. So annoying and sick of giving money to this location.

I get lunch from these guys all the time since working from home. I schedule my orders on their app and I’ve always gotten them in the window of time I select. Sometimes they’re even early! I appreciate them working diligently with staffing shortages and I understand. Keep up the good work and I’ll continue to support this location.

Hey Jimmy Johns workers just a little word of advice ITS NOT WHAT YOU SAY ITS HOW YOU SAY IT! If you’re looking for a solid sandwich without an attitude this is NOT the place…I’d avoid this location and take the extra 10min to visit the one on G. River by the dollar tree! I will not go into details but I will say everyone is frustrated and short staffed, this is nothing new. Most (including me) continue to support local businesses within our community BUT unfortunately this is one business I will no longer support!

I usually never have any problems with them! But I'm actually very disappointed today. I ordered delivery. I ordered a sub and I didn't get the mustard or or avocado on it like I asked. I asked for it to be cut, and it wasn't. I also ordered 2 large lemonades and instead I got 2 large waters. I also left instructions to let me know when they've arrived and they never did. I know it's a holiday so I didn't want to call and complain. Hopefully next time will be better.
