WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I placed an order through doordash for myself my manager and my co-workers a total of 7 of us. I finally get the order and realize I only have 6 of the 7 items ordered. I didn't get my managers meal. I call Luigis and advise of the issue and the guy said he over looked that it had a quantity of 2 for one of the items. I ask the gentleman if he can deliver it ASAP since it was paid and i had already waited an hour and it was their mistake. This man said no its too far (20 mins) and for me to contact doordash and have them redeliver. In that case i would of had to of paid double the tax double the tip and double the time for their overlook. I work for a company where we have hundreds of employees who order all the time and i promise i will do my best to advise to NEVER order from this foolish place ever again. What's right is right

I’ll start by saying the cheese pie was good. The customer service was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. My go to pie is the margherita which I also ordered but it was completely inedible. Undercooked, sloppy, cheese was just, no words. Wish I took a pic before tossing the whole thing (after trying to give it back). I called to ask for a refund on the one pie they said call back in a half hour.. really?! So we do just to get a rude owner trying to convince us the pie was actually good and refused to make it right in any way at all. Never in my life between eating and working in a pizzeria for years have I come across such an awful experience. Def won’t be giving any future business which is unfortunate

I’ve been ordering from this place for the last 6 years and spent a significant amount of money. Delivery was OVER an hour late and they refused to make any sort of concession to make up for the cold food and hour late delivery. They actually expect me to pay full price and understand the hour delay. Food is good but service is TERRIBLE!! I think the owner Steve is angry because he’s probably 200 lbs overweight. Don’t order from this place unless you’re ok eating cold food or willing to pick it up.
