Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

One of our favorite places. Olive Garden offers above average food, with great service in a cozy atmosphere. Nice appetizers we would recommend the fried Calamari (my favorite) and spinach and artichoke dip with pita bread. All the pasta dishes are pretty good but we stopped for soup, salad and bread sticks today. Salad is a delicious meal by itself. The Zuppa Toscana soup is the best - Spicy Italian sausage, fresh kale and russet potatoes in a creamy broth. Made with gluten-free ingredients. Sooo good! Favorite pasta dishes would be Eggplant Parmesan or the Chicken Alfredo but they are all pretty good.

We returned to this location because we had such a wonderful experience previously. Our first visit was on a beautiful, sunny fall day & we sat on the patio. On our 2nd visit, we asked for the warmest seat in the restaurant interior. Sadly, it was still a bit chilly & we kept our jackets on through the meal. However, this was the only drawback! Emma (also my Grandmother's name) was a Wonderful Server. She anticipated our needs before they became apparent & yet was attentive w/o being intrusive. Emma was friendly, professional & efficient w/o being overly familiar. The food was exquisite & served hot. Bread sticks (my companion & I ordered one w no garlic & the other w extra garlic) were prepared to order & never once mixed up! Refills on the Alfredo were offered & supplied when we requested. We both ordered soup, salad & breadsticks. My sister tried a different soup for her 2nd bowl. I ate a bit more salad. Our salad, special requests: extra toppings, green olives & side of extra dressing were all provided, amply. Even to go containers for our remaining salad & breadsticks were quickly provided.

It was Happy Hour Friday and I wanted an Italian dinner at my favorite spot. I was seated right away and a sweet lady server came over and gave me a menu to look over. She answered my questions and I picked fried calamari, house salad, a peach Bellini and Baked Ziti with sausages. She kept checking on me. We exchanged a lively conversation and she brought me take out boxes. Anna made my dinner delightful and she earned her deserved tip.

I want to thank our server Christine who was so very nice and attentive to our needs when I had lunch yesterday with a friend. We stayed a little longer than normal but she always checked to see if we needed anything and with a great smile! I did not want the soup with the meal and she offered to prepare it for take home. What wonderful service!!

When my boyfriend and I first arrived, it seemed as though the host stand was a little frazzled (I’ve been a host before so I get it), they seated a couple parties but unfortunately left us standing there. The manager came over, greeted us with a smile and seated us. We had the pleasure of having Emma as our server, she was truly a gem! She was so kind and attentive, constantly ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food was all delicious, hot and fresh. Definitely a great night and meal!
