Cracker Barrel

12/15/23- stopped by after arriving from Michigan on my way home. Jade was our server. She was quick to tend us even though it was busy. We placed our order and didn't wait long as the food was out fast. The pancakes were fluffy and hot. I like to add lots of butter. Jade made sure I had it along with extra syrup. The eggs were good and bacon was just the way I like. Not over cooked. They had two cashiers on the way out and long line. That's when the Betty the manager hopped on a register. I hope it was Betty. It was nice how they all worked as a team. This may be my morning stop.

Recently ordered a large takeout order for our marching band. The manager, Christina, went above and beyond to ensure our order details were taken correctly. She took much time and care to hear every order and to ensure she had every item she needed to complete the order to our specifications. Upon picking it up and paying for the large order, it was a smooth process. We distributed the food to our band members and everything was complete with no errors. The food was hot and delicious and we were extremely happy that we used Cracker Barrel. It was a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this location.

The food was really good and served hot. Our server was very efficient and reminded us that she was checking on her food. Did you brought everything we needed to the table when she brought our food or even before then. The only thing is when it's very busy in there, the noise level is a bit much for me.

I don’t eat at Cracker Barrel because I’m vegan so can’t speak on that, but I wanted to mention somewhere how amazing the employees at the store front always are. My mom and I were on the hunt for a couple specific items for Halloween this year, and we had three employees, particularly a woman named Melinda I believe, work so diligently to help us and put the items in our hands. My mom put down her name for them to contact us if an item was in stock, and we’d call them on Fridays to find out if they had the items in stock, and they were (and are currently) always so kind and helpful with their information, never exasperated or impatient. Because of their help, my mom and I were able to acquire some very hard to find items, and it wouldn’t have been even remotely possible without them working together to help. I just wanted to put somewhere how appreciated they are.
