Moe's Southwest Grill

I come here pretty often to say that the staff is very polite to say the least ! Today I was assisted by Melanie & Sha’mauri … I must say for them to be young workers they did a very good job! Very polite and helpful and you can tell they’re hard workers ! It’s always a good feeling when you come somewhere to get food and not only is the food good but the staff are as well , Thank you & you know I’ll be back!

Kinda scary how good my experience was. Dominic was great! He helped explain everything I asked about and more. The food tastes fresh and really good. The floors were clean, the team was good, the tables were well kept, and everybody was exceptionally well mannered. I don't have 1 bad thing to say besides it needs better parking which is not their fault. Felicia is hilarious and has any amazing spirit. She is meant to work with people. I can see them people in this place growing. They are gems.

I got my food from DoorDash and my guacamole was overdue, and I did not appreciate that and I bought my food back to the Moe’s Southwest Grill asking for basically a replacement and you’re good manager Dominic took care of me and made sure my food was fresh and his worker Sha’Mauri and Daisy made sure I got good customer service and well quality food after my complaint and I feel like they deserve a raise or bonus for there good work and performance tonight. 01/16/2023

My husband and I mobile order from Moe’s probably once a week. We’ve never had any issues and our order has always been correct. Tonight they forgot our queso so my husband went back to the store and the team there replaced the missing queso for us and gave him a second one for the inconvenience of driving back. Really love this store and appreciate the employees that work here. 😊

Visited Moe's for their Monday deal. This restaurant was efficient friendly and tidy. Just one of their Monday deals was plenty for me and my fiance to share with leftover chips to feed to our dog. I loved that they had the packs of salsa individually packaged as it is much more hygienic than a communal salsa dish. The employees were all personable and focused on making sure the customers had everything they needed and that they were served quickly. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend.

I like Moe's I only order one of two things when I go there. The Alright, alright, alright nachos (the pic I've included) or Wrong Doug Stack (not sure if it's still on the menu). I get mine with brown rice, black beans and chicken. My other toppings vary from how I'm feeling that day. I wish the green peppers and onions were cut a little smaller but it is what it is. I like the fact that they have fresh jalapenos, they give a much better taste than the regular pickled jalapenos. If you don't like the heat better stick with the pickled ones because the fresh ones have a little fire power. They also have a soda fountain with various flavors of carbonated beverages. The team also greets you with a Welcome to Moe's! And who doesn't want to be acknowledged when they enter an establishment?
