Turchetti's Salumeria

Okay, I love meats, admittedly, but I rarely make out with a sandwich at a bar before 10pm. Or, at least I thought that was the case....Well, I'm pretty sure that I just talked to my Rosino sandwich while devouring it, kiss by kiss, alongside some tallow fries that should be illegal, in front of everyone from neighborhood tykes to retirees. I had to order a follow-up pair of Chicago Dogs that were so good I didn't even feel the need to scream at anyone or shout at poorly behaved children while I swallowed them whole. I had been meaning to come to Turchetti's since moving here a year ago, and now that I finally have, I realize that, subconsciously, I was staying away in an effort to save my finances and waistline from inevitable ruin. Turchetti's is a true community business that supports the community and deserves every gained pound of support we can provide. I think this is my new Saturday haunt. As well as my Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday haunt.

Not only was I impressed with the Pastrami sandwich I got at Turchetti’s top notch, but Melvin, Amanda & Jake treated us like family. My husband is a huge foodie and was speechless the entire time eating this sandwich. The sandwich was described as “the perfect ratio of pastrami to other condiments”. Will be coming back time and time again!

Can you say oh my gosh, when it comes to this sandwich shop, all I can say is top notch. They have a good selective sandwich menu. It was so good, you must truly try this restaurant if your in the area, I will definitely be back. They also have some great tasting Lemonade as well. Very friendly environment, and the service was excellent!

Might be the best smash burger I’ve had in Indy. Incredibly juicy, delicious sauce, and *just* messy enough. I added a 2nd patty and didn’t regret it, but a single 4oz patty would be plenty all on its own. The tallow fries were next level. Perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Frying them in tallow makes them burst with flavor. No ketchup needed. One of the quickest meals I’ve ever eaten. Had to slow myself down towards the end so I could savor it. Highly recommend. And wonderful people!

My wife and I took a camping trip this weekend so I decided to upgrade a bit from the typical Kroger meat for our campfire meals and boy, did Turchetti's deliver! The flavor of the meat was so rich and juicy, and it cooked so perfectly on the campfire! We thoroughly enjoyed every bite! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for high quality meats and groceries. Their customer service was exceptional and the selection of items is impressive. I can't wait to visit again soon!

We went and tried the brunch menu today. I will be dreaming about this baked ricotta pancake for awhile. It kind of reminded me of gulab jamun balls you can get at indiana restaurants. Very delicious. The biscuits and gravy were just okay. The biscuits was great but the gravy was meh. The chorizo casserole was good as well! They have a basic breakfast platter as well. They were very kind and quick to get our food. We will go back!

Hadn’t been here before so decided to give them a try during the pandemic. Ordered Saturday brunch for curbside pickup,and it was great 👍 I had the bagel and lox - omg to die for! My partner had the egg biscuit sandwich and these risotto balls in a red sauce, also fabulous. It was a lot of delicious food and a great value. Will be back! Thanks Turchetti’s!

I've found my new favorite spot! I've been seeing this all over social media and finally decided to head down and try it out! Sure glad I did! They are located in where marrow used to be, it looks completely different! It's a butcher, but it's somewhere you can be comfortable and enjoy lunch and brunch. I went with brunch because it's my favorite meal, and I'm here to say you should consider the eggs Benedict, they were some of the best that I have had in a long time. Cooked to perfection! But what made it so tasty was the sage hollandaise sauce, it was on top of breaded tenderloins, and had radish and prosciutto Bloody Mary's are my fave cocktail and the bloody butcher is a must have, you can get it with hotel tango gin or vodka, and it has one of the best mixes I've had in a long time! You can also shop here, huge selection of meats to choose from! Happy to see this place so busy, can't wait to go back and eat some more!
