Starbucks

I really enjoy the staff at this location. Their facilities are always clean, they always make sure my order is correct before i walk out the door, and they are happy to help me with whatever i can. The only down side to this location, in my opinion, has to be no drive thru option. I think this location would gain more business if they had a drive thru window as well.

The staff at this Starbucks are great! They are always so kind and willing to help. I had a snafu with my mobile order app, and everyone behind the counter was willing to help me resolve it. It felt nice to be trusted as a customer, because I know you have to keep your guard up bc a lot of people will try to bend the rules, but it was a pleasant exchange that will definitely keep me coming back. Also, the mobile order or counter order time is always super speedy! this staff is great and the environment is always so clean and welcoming.

Fast, friendly for a Starbucks. Unfortunately, I’ve seen a dad with his young daughter come in twice in the past two weekends. The toddler walks around the store, picks up packages of food, puts it in her mouth and the dad is totally encouraging it. Then he puts the mouthed food back on the counter or food case for others to buy. It’s so gross and is not cute! The manager needs to privately ask the dad to either buy the items or cease allowing this to continue. Dad is always there with some older people who should know better, but they are silent. Last weekend she had bags of chips and banging on them. Imagine the unsuspecting customers at lunch who got crumbled chips. Moral of the story- don’t buy any packaged items within kid range.
