I’ve been a regular at this location for many years and have seen workers come and go but the new manager there is great! You can tell she cares about her job and was smiling the whole time. While I was eating she checked in and asked how my pizza sub was tasting and I told her it was delicious and we talked about how I come in at least twice a week. I loved how interested she was in her customers. Always have to get a cookie, they are fresh baked in the morning!!

I clearly asked twice for light sauce on our sandwich but they totally skipped that step and sandwich was swimming in salty sauce.

I haven't been to Penn station in a long time and decided to try it out on my lunch break. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly; food was delicious and most importantly to me the restaurant was clean ! I'll definitely have to swing by again and try something new. Also those fries are fire !

Another consistent experience at this store. Clean store, fast service and fantastic sandwiches. The surrounding center is a little sketchy but the store itself is fine.

I love Pen Station. Their product is consistant irregardless of which franchise you go to. I love the bread more than any other sub shop. The facilities are always clean. The service is provided by friendly people and the order is always accurate. Did I mention the fresh cut fries and the lemonade is well worth the trip. I'll pass up all the other sub shops to eat at Pen Station any day.
