I have ordered from this locations 3 times now for lunch. The product is outstanding. Fresh every time and delivered very fast. I am only 3 blocks away, but still think they are going a great job ... let complainers complain. I'm impressed.

They’re freaky fast! I order when I get off the Monon and they’ve got my order ready just a couple minutes later. Everyone seems really nice. Great place to stop for a sandwich, chips, and a soda.

Thursday evening 7PM not busy just stopped in for a quick bite. Staff friendly and dining room clean, order correct.

Great service from Jimmy John’s always! I love my beach club and am so glad that it is always perfect. I always customize my sandwich and it is never wrong. It’s always cut in half and has a perfect amount of ingredients. I’m glad for the consistency from Jimmy John’s and the kindness of the staff!

Jimmy Johns saved my day! I had a delay this morning and was not able to place our lunch order for our staff well in advance. I needed our order by 12pm but I submitted it thinking it would arrive to us way past 12pm. I was wrong!! They received my order at 11:39am, delivered it exactly at 12pm!! This Jimmy Johns location rocks!!!

Had to hop on here and say something because I’ve always loved the Nora Jimmy Johns, but today was just wonderful!! Nothing out of the ordinary, just kind and cheerful customer service. The guys working here are awesome.

We had a meeting with an 11:00 am lunch break. Was worried I wouldn't get the food by then since they open at 10:30. So I called anyway at 9:45 am and they took my order and will have it to me by 10:45. Why am I telling you this? Because they weren't even open and were so awesome by taking my order anyway and assuring me delivery will be on time. Love Jimmy John's! Thanks for the awesome customer service!!! .... signed a HAPPY CUSTOMER
