Good subs, quality ingredients, tasty bread, and both ladies were wearing their masks properly with a smile.
More people need to support this store to keep it open! Every time I go, i am the only customer in there. Great for service, not so great for profits.

The service and food was top notch, but the surroundings weren't very clean. Granted it's mostly because of rude customers, but when I worked in fast food I always cleaned whenever I saw a mess. But thats the only thing keeping it from 5 stars tbh. Definitely will be returning!!

The sandwich I had was actually pretty good compared to other sandwich shops. Will definitely be revisiting the firehouse. And also the woman that works there was also very friendly and nice to me and I thank you for that. Keep up the good work.

First time at Castleton location. Ordered a small (4") italian type sub & made it a combo with chips plus a drink. Cost was close to $8. This was an off time of day but it still took a good 5 mins to make my sandwich. The sandwich was excellent & the restaurant was clean.

Great place. Food is very good for the price and the people are excellent. They mistakenly gave my wife and I the wrong sub once and when we asked them to change it they did very quickly... and even gave each of us a free sub next visit. Even though only one was made incorrectly. Can't beat service like that.

The place kind neat , it have all kind fire fighter stuff. Really fit the name👍🏼firehouse sub 😆 The place is clean , I order a Italian , it’s actually good. Better than I was expected . It just the service is kind slow, the female staff is talking with her friend the entire time, It took me about 10 mins to get my sandwich since there is no people.

I haven't had Firehouse subs in awhile. I'm glad I stopped in. Not only was the Sandwhich (Hook n Ladder) very good, the service the 2 girls gave we're Excellent. I will be back. I wished I remembered the 2 girls names working on 4th of July. They deserve a raise :)

So good!!! The taco bell down the street had a ridiculous wait time so I tried Firehouse Subs for the first time. The cashier was so friendly and helpful, the food was fast and delicious. The other employees seemed happy and friendly. Service was quick and the dining area was clean despite being a busy lunch time. The price was reasonable and I love how the support the Fire Departments!

You can never go wrong at Firehouse subs. I have several favorite subs but my top choice is the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket on wheat. The service is quick and the food is good!

I am involved with a robotics team from Texas. We submitted our order for 30+ and Firehouse Subs delivered within an hour. (Twenty of those sandwiches had special requests.) I have been ordering food for teams for a while now and this was one of the best experiences I've had.
