Food is always amazing, aqua frescas are always amazing. The servers are super nice and helpful and it’s always just a nice chill spot to get great quality, delicious authentic Mexican food. Would recommend to anyone who likes good food, if you’re every hungry and on or near Michigan road go here! My favorite is definitely the tacos de cabeza.

Ordered the birria tacos from doordash and still got amazing food. the BEST BIRRIA TACOS IVE EVER HAD. literally amazing. i ordered it 5 hours ago and i’m still thinking about it. the flavor in the meat and the consommé was AMAZING. 10/10 will order again!!!! I wish i took a picture before i absolutely devoured my meal.

Had lunch here in December 2021 after not dining here in a year. It is a small restaurant in a strip mall. Service was very good. Guacamole was fresh. I had taco chorizo and taco adasada. Both were tasty. Some menu options were not available like other restaurants due to pandemic shortages, but a very decent lunch.

Low-key Cinco de Mayo? Go for authentic Mexican place. Menu is almost entirely in Spanish, but the waitress spoke almost accent-less English, so it's not hard to order regardless of not remembering much from high school Spanish class. :-P Expect entrees to run about $8-12, for the two of us it was about $15/each, but we also ate like happy pigs. Service was great, never had to ask for anything, food was definitely good. Chips, salsa and guacamole all made from scratch, in-house - guacamole is thick, slightly chunky and full of ingredients beyond avocados. Carne asada arrachera came with whole green onions, cactus, jalapeno pepper charred, rice, beans, the standard lettuce tomato salad, crema, the cheese on the beans was queso fresco. Enchiladas are lovely, apparently the red sauce is too hot for a "basic white girl" palette, but probably great for the rest of us. The tacos are spectacular, the tortillas are charred, chicken is fresh, covered in queso fresco. We didn't get any drinks other than water, but the various fruity drinks looked intriguing - next time.
