Wingstop

If I could give it zero stars I would. Tonight I came in and placed an order for two 8pc combos and was told to wait 15mins and my order would be ready. I came back after the 15mins and had to wait roughly another 7 min and once I got my food EVERYTHING WAS COLD. And to make matters worse the cooks in the kitchen had their pants down and so their under clothes was exposed in the kitchen and that is so unsanitary. This store needs entirely different staff. You all need some people who actually care about their jobs. Instead of having cooks who watch the Super Bowl while serving ice cold wings and fries. I expected way better service from Wingstop. The only reason why I did not turn around and demand a refund was because my family and I were traveling back to Nashville, but this was truly a horrible experience for the food to be so expensive and poorly prepared. I should have sat in line across the street at cookout and I ensure you j would have been served fresh food.

This store needs to better service. Was here for the second time. First time I made my order online and it was ready when I picked it up. There was a big line of people either waiting to order or pick up their food. This time my order was correct. The next time I was at this location again I ordered online. I waited 20 minutes before going to pick it up as the website instructed. When I got there I was the only customer in the store and had to wait an additional 15 or 20 minutes. When opening my order I noticed they didn't include my 2nd side of ranch. The fries had large clumps of seasoning and when I dug around them I found a small fly crawling out. Made the fries uneatable and I threw them away imidiately. Disgusting, completely ruined my meal. Not happy. Find a better place to get wings until something is done about this place.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the wings themselves were some of the best I've had from wingstop. The cashier at the front was one of the rudest service workers I've ever came across. She wasn't wearing a mask but demanded I wear one. She was rude to the two customers in front of me as well.
