Domino's Pizza

Poor customer service. I ordered spicy pappy paneer and they forgot to add paneer on top. So, I went back to restaurant and let them know the issue and request to add the paneer on top but the manager told me that they don't have the paneer in stock and also rejected to refund the money and the reason was I eat two slices of pizza. But they don't understand that I realised once I eat two slices of pizza that I didn't received a paneer on top. Such a Ridiculous customer service.

Estimated ETA 7:40pm, arrived 8:25pm. Um my pizza was undercooked and literally stuck to the box.. so sad, just wanted thin and crispy. Supreme was missing the veges, someone forgot to cut them tonight evidently. Cmon guys, I may be ordering dominos but I still want the veges too 😂 Dutch pancakes had a literal half piece in the box that looked suspiciously like someone took a bite out of it. No comment. I think the southport one is better hahaha

Ordered to pick up. Got to the store and they checked the orders and said it wasn’t ready after a while they asked if I was there to pick up (?) and saying I was they checked and said oh yes here it is. I said I don’t want pizzas that have been sitting around and they said what about a discount - your missing the point. I don’t want pizzas that have been sitting round just because you e given me a discount. More care required

took over one and a half hours to deliver a singe pizza (3 minute drive from the store). A Classic BBQ meatlovers was ordered - incorrect base (came with deep pan base), ingredients were scarce (some pieces had barely any topping), no BBQ sauce. Sorry Dominos Biggera Waters but we won't be ordering from here again.
