This place in some ways changed compared to how it was in the 90's. The jungle gym was removed years ago for sanitary and safety reason. So I understand why it was removed. There are not as many games to play either. When we were just there at least the games were working and they have someone who knows how to repair them working on ones as they broke down. I like the fact they offer a game pass with a time limit and you can play as many games as you can within that time. I'd recommend this game play option when it's less busy. Their pizza is also pretty good. This is something that has improved since the 90's when they first came around. One thing I wish they could do is go back to the back to back arcade style setup. Leaving enough room to work on the units of coarse. And maybe expand some to have more seating. When there are a lot of people all the booths are full and the tables are reserved for parties. But over all it's an ok place for the money.

Brought my child here to attend a friends birthday party. The kids had a blast and I even had a bit of fun myself. Plenty of games for kids of all ages to enjoy. Pizza was pretty good too! The change to game cards instead of tokens was a welcome one. Staff had the tables reserved for the birthday party (One of many going on). The custom stamp for parents and children to ensure that only the parents of the child can leave with your child was very cool as well.

The kids had a great time. Its odd how they dont have climbing equipment for the kids anymore. I miss that. And no coins anymore. Its a plastic card. Still love how they try to get the kids to wear costumes for extra tickets or good grades on report cards. Thats a really amaxing way for kids to learn about rewarding great behaviors. Also, I noticed now that I am an adult, this company has always insured the childrens safety. Numbering families in invisable stamps is helping kids not get lost and all stick together. Good staff and food improved it seems although we didnt eat.

We just spontaneously had a birthday party at the Fruitville Pike Chuck E Cheese and i was extremely impressed. I booked the 10-12 slot for a birthday party on Wednesday at around 11:30pm on Tuesday (so really leaving the store no operating hours to consider our party) for 13 children and 8 adults. The manager (I think his name is Dean) was friendly, professional and flexible. We first had 2 birthday kids, but then I increased the number of attendees to 15 kids and two more of them (including an adult) celebrated their birthday as well. The hostess was super great, and I thought it was great how much they communicated with the adults and asked us what we wanted. We asked for lunch at 11:30- they accommodated us on that— and both the hostess and manager apologized when the food was just 5 minutes late. The kids were so excited for the show and really participated. I recommend going during the week before lunch time— very nice time of day!! I love the renovations they have done at this place as well as the Free Play option- where you can just play as much as you like in the 2 hours of the party!! Thanks for the wonderful service and great memories! Even though we didn’t take advantage of it- I love that they let you bring your own cake and ice cream!

This is the second year we have had a party at this chuck E location, the manager is just wonderful, hes so considerate and kind and our hostess was absolutely incredible, the kids loved her and I loved her even more for her never ending patience! My son loves it here and we do too the staff does a really awesome job!!!

My wife and kids have been coming here for years, and the manager, Dean, and the staff have always been nice and accommodating. They try really hard to make sure the kids have a great time, which is really appreciated. The pizza is actually better than I expected, and there is always some coupon available. Definitely recommend!
