One of the best pret I have been so far.
The espresso was a perfect balance of velvety crema, body and taste, A real surprise! Keep going in this direction!

I’ve seen other reviews from around 8-10 months ago and it says that staff were rude and terrified of the manager. But now when I visit, it’s very friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. The staff here are very efficient and kind and most of them deal with angry/frustrated customers very smoothly!

Definitely the best pret I came across in terms of service, staff selection is excellent and you can easily notice the quality of the collaborative management, complains seriously taken into account. Amazing team, keep it up!

First Pret branch that give me the right coffee without repeat order . Hazelnut one pump exactly. Staffs friendly , totally different from Pret at Hammersmith Station!!!!
