Chili's Bar And Grill

It was your typical Chili's 🌶️ establishment. Very nice, good customer service, reasonable prices. Only issue I had were that they stated they were at capacity (pandemic capacity) which meant their were many booths and seats open but they were on s shortage of silverware. We received our food but could not eat. We had to ask for plastic utensils which (something they should have suggested or waited until they found eating utensils to bring out our food) our food was cold by the time we received utensils to eat with. It messed up the experience. The food was cold but it was good.

I will admit I can be hesitant towards restaurants I have not tried, but I honestly can't wait to go again! They have redone their menu, and for the 1st time In a while , I saw a menu that I would eat a lot of the dishes!! They have so many unique food dishes that sounded and smelled delicious! We were constantly asking other tables what they ordered. The waiter was new, but very patient and super helpful. While they were PACKED, a bus of students were eating outside on the patio, it never changed our wait time. We left full, happy, and excited for the next visit.

Great food. Really loved the smoked sausage with jalapeno and cheese. Also those pickles were low key a highlight of my meal. The corn was to die for but unfortunately I'm not a fan of cilantro so I had to pick it off but no huge biggie. The brisket was both seasoned well as well as tender and juicy and the bbq chicken with bacon and cheese is a no brain choice. Drinks were delicious as well but we were almost too full to finish them!

Horrible service! Coldddddd food, took 20 mins just to get water at least. Literally the only good thing was the chips and salsa. Mash potatoes was cold. Do not recommend coming to this location. Even rice and beans was horrible and rice was hard. Very bad. My cup had goo inside of it, see the photo.

Family dinner to celebrate Mother's Day. We had a party of 9 and we were seated in the patio area outside which was covered from the elements. Very nice day for it! Tyler was our server and he managed all of our needs seamlessly. Everyone's food was super delicious & every order was correct. Tyler had great humor without trying to be humorous!! Thank you for the excellent service & delicious food.
