Went Thru drive Thru at 12:45. Ordered a chicken salad sandwich….bread was too hard to chew.
Fries weren’t even warm
I ordered a large soda…I got a small. When I told the cashier she just shrugged. Actually, she never.said.a.word.to.me!!!! Her future should be freed up!
I dumped the entire order in the garbage can. One bite of sandwich..puke. One bite of a fry…double puke.
Won’t be going back…ever.

1st the cashier didn't seems like she wanted to speak i spoke first.. then my sandwich was cold i ordered inside no way a order suppose to be cold then I asked them to warm it up and guess what lol still cold not even luke warm. Last time I spend a penny here.

Came to the drive thru today 6/17/22 at 7:15pm. Had a coupon. The coupon did NOT reflect on my bill. HOWEVER, after I called the manager (can't remember her name) she VERY KINDLY asked me to return. Not only did she correct my concern. She made me laugh. She made it pleasant for me. To top it off there was only 3 employees (that I seen) and all were ladies and they was busy! (it is Friday lol) The cook came around smiled and asked if everything was ok making sure she did her job correctly without any attitude. I watched the cook ask the manager and the lady at the drive thru if they needed help with anything. This has to be the BEST customer service I've had in Macon YET and I've been here 4 years now! So thank you Arby's on Riverside for making my day so much better just by having AMAZING customer service from the front of house to the back of house. I will be calling corporate to tell them how happy I was with the Arby's in MACON, GA! THANK YOU!!!

Restaurant and bathroom was dirty. No toilet paper in women's restroom. Employees had waste length hair that was touching food services when they moved around. Brisket sandwich had overcooked and very little meat on it. Health score was an 87. Will not be visiting this location again.

My family and I enjoyed our drive through experience. We were attended to kindly, our order was perfectly done, and we enjoyed our food.

10:40 PM, sign says they close at 11 PM.... All of the lights are on but there's not a soul in sight inside. Tried talking to the box to get someone's attention, even drove to the window. Another prime example of customer service in 2022.

Staff seemed a little undertrained on my latest visit. Took 3 tries to get the order complete. But the food was good and fresh and the service (once the order was entered correctly) was prompt.

Food was good and service seemed ok, until I realized mint shake mixed in my 3 dollar jamocha shake. When asked to replace they just dumped half my shake into another cup and filled up without any flavoring. Very disappointing.
