Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Mistook the voice of the man through the speaker as a woman's voice. He corrected me, and I apologized. When I got to the window, he took my payment and handed me my drink. He left the window, and I took a sip of my drink. It had a weird frothy consistency unlike any coke I've ever had before. He then told me they were cooking up fresh fries, and he "didn't want to give me old fries." At that point, I was almost sure he had spit in the bottom of my cup before filling it. I took my food after waiting 5 minutes longer than the car ahead of me and immediately threw it away. I didn't want to make a scene, but I'll never be back to this place.

Worst fast food experience ever. 1 star is to many. They were 10 cars deep and had 4 cars sitting in handicapped parking waiting for food. By the time I got my food and Blizzard, the ice cream was melting down the cup. I asked for something bigger to put the Blizzard in because it was filled over the top of the cup and melting, they handed me a lid for a sundae which has a hole at the top and did not fit the cup the Blizzard was in. Since I was alone it would of been impossible to drive with and not make a complete mess. I had to scoop out the blizzard to below the rim outside my car window while waiting in the handicapped spot for 10 plus minutes waiting on the food. They could use some staff and management changes.

Have always been highly disappointed with this Dairy Queen location. Service deserves less than one star, haven’t had a problem with the food being bad, but the drinks don’t even taste like they’re supposed to. it’s like they’ve been watered down before you even get them. Decided to go back and had a big surprise with the person operating the drive thru, Trell Harris, actually gave us grade A customer service. Was extremely nice, and had the best attitude. although the sodas still tasted like water, Trell Harris did an amazing job.

Terrible customer service. We asked for a blizzard and were told they no longer do the banana split blizzard, if they do it they charge per topping. They still serve a banana split without charging extra and just the day before right up the road we got a banana split blizzard with no issue and no extra charges

We did not have all the toppings on our burgers, I ordered the loaded A1 which comes with onion rings all that was on my burger was cheese and an EXCESSIVE amount of sauce, I had to literally wipe some off & both our fries were barely half full. I never had a bad experience here , unfortunately now I can say I have.
