Domino's Pizza

I placed an order for pizza online for carry out. When I arrived to pick it up, it was waiting for me all nice and heated. It looked like the employees have the option of being able to wear a mask or not. Same with customers coming into store. The pizza itself was nice, and hot when I arrived. Tasted great, and comparable to other store locations.

Ive orders many times yet they always make me wait over an hour just to cancel my order after it says its been delivered . Their reason is due to “safety concerns” I live in a nice neighborhood so I understand whats the issue is. If there was an incident between one customer and a driver, that does not justify punishing an entire community from ordering in the future. I have been a long time customer but this is honestly making me question wether i will ever order from them again . Delivery is a great option for many families and having my order taken and paid for just to get canceled after waiting and having people expect food is just unacceptable .

The pizza was great my kids loved it. More to the point, I want to do a huge shout out to James! Man, I appreciate you. Even when my kid busted out the door freaking out about her mouth gaurd popping out and my dog escaped like a bat out of hell out of my house.. you were chill. You were not even phased. Thank you.
