Pizza Hut

2 out of 3 of my orders from these guys have been free cause they only deliver wrong, cold pizzas, but even being free, it is not worth the horrendous pizzas they deliver. No sauce, no toppings, dry, cold and wrong. I'm done taking free pizzas from this Pizza Hut. It isn't even worth free. Ordered from here 3 times now. The first time it came in 80 minutes after telling me 35-45 minutes and was cold, and had barely any toppings or sauce. Half the thing was crust. The second time they gave me a free pizza because of that, but again, it came way late, was way cold and again was wrong. The third time they made my whole order free and it came in more than double the advertised time, was cold, and once again, was wrong. Sad considering I've liked pizza Hut in other locations. Honestly pathetic. I've gotten 2 of the worst pizzas from delivery I've ever gotten from this place and I've only ordered 3. Furthermore every single time the delivery guy talked at me for like 5 minutes at my door about all the traffic as though being an hour late for every delivery could possibly be traffic fault when we live 7 minutes away.

My pizza dough was not properly cooked. It was still partially raw and was soggy coming out of the box. I had to through it away. This is the 2nd consecutive time there has been an issue. In the prior order I asked for light sauce because of my acid reflux - That did not happen and I ended up having to scrape of sauce manually. There have been other errors in the past year. For 20 years Pizza Hut has been my preference over Dominoes, Papa Johns, etc, but the quality seems to be changing.

Pizza Hut has drastically changed from what I remember, back in the day. Lastnight, I saw the Pizza Hut sign while driving & immediately turned the car around, to satisfy my urgent need for pizza. I ordered a cheese only, deep dish pizza & mozzarella sticks. Since this is not a sit down restaurant (it's dedicated to delivery and pickup only), there were no shakers on the tables with red pepper flakes and parmasean cheese, so, when ordering, I asked if some could be shaken onto my pizza for me. "Yes, for $1.25", was the answer. Apparently you have to now PAY for that. I didn't ask for extra of anything, just a shakes worth. But, I guess they don't keep the big shakers in the actual kitchen area - you have to buy it now. The mozzarella sticks were just OK. I could have bought the store brand version in the frozen section of the supermarket, and they would have tasted the same. Also, the sauce was cold. Not refrigerator cold, but 'just opened a can' cold - at least that's what I hope! Because it could have been 'an opened can that was on the counter all day' cold, I guess. When I got home to eat the pizza, there was so much cheese (I didn't even realize there was such a thing!!) But it was hardened and not flavorful, the crust was all flimsy and terribly greasy!! (Similarly, I didn't think there was such a thing with deep dish pizza, but it was!!) I might try another PH, in the very distant future, but I prob won't come back to this one.. sorry.

I wish I had read the reviews 1st, but I didn't & now I regret it. It'll be a long time before u order from here again. They totally messed up my order. I orderd a large pizza with pepperoni, sausage & barbecue saudmce for the sauce with a side of cinnamon sticks. The only thug right about the order, was the Cinnamon Sticks. The pizza had no barbecue sauce (actually no sauce period) & no pepperoni (instead they added bacon). At they got the sausage right, lol.
