I was food reviewer for 8 years and am always looking for the best of the best. Recently I stopped by Frank's Pizza in Middletown, NY. I had their calzone filled with Ham, sausage and extra cheese. I used their online ordering system from their web site. It was phenomenal!! The staff was super nice. It was a busy day but they had my order ready and were a pleasure to deal with. A definite must try place.

Ate here several times. I love the food. It seems to be very good quality. Never disappointed, especially with my eggplant parmigiana sub. The pizzas are also great with so many choices. Delicious! When I worked in town I'd treat myself here once in a while after work. I looked forward to it everytime!

I truly wish zero stars was an option. Ive ordered here 3 times and got a large white pie and asked for it well done, and all 3 times the pizza showed up and was completely disappointed! Your delivery driver is nice, but thats all the good i can say for this place, i wont order here again even if you paid me, and instead of a response, id rather just get my refund of my last order which was $27.90, the food was disgusting and not even cooked!

I told my friends about this place with my warmest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The meals are fantastic and the crew is efficient and cooperative. Every time we visit this place we pass a gorgeous time. I recommend this place with pleasure.
