Subway

This review is not about the food (which is sub-par anyway) but about the disgusting habits of, at least, one employee. I was in a common restroom when a Subway employee used the urinal and did NOT wash his hands. Not even a rinse. He then proceeded back to work, obviously not concerned about public health. HORRIBLE!!! I believe I'll report this to the Department of Health.

We ordered 2 foot long sandwiches which were ok and 1 salad. My husband ordered me a BLT salad and I sat at the table with our kids nearby, the older gentleman behind the counter started chopping some kind of meat(didn't look like bacon from far away) with a knife. **If you've ever ordered a subway salad before you know usually they ask which meat, cheese, and veggie toppings you want and throw those all in a bowl then chop with a hand chopper and throw in a container of lettuce with your dressing choice.** So, the man threw some lettuce in a small takeout dish and then threw in the meat and toppings I ordered, Including tomato slices, yelled to my husband to get my dressing on the side in a container or cup(which every other subway across the US has always done for me) the man squirted ranch all over it and said "we don't do that" my husband had me come over and look at the salad to make sure it was prepared correctly because it didn't look right to him, the man had cut up ham and pepperoni and put that in the salad instead of bacon like I ordered. I asked if that's what it was and he pretended like he didn't know what kind of meat he had put in the salad??.. finally I demanded they make me a sandwich instead since they refused to make the BLT salad I ordered for some reason. The man said "we don't do bacon in the salads here." Why not if that's what I'm paying for? The menu board advertises salads are the price of a 6inch + $2.50. There were a few sandwich toppings that are offered nationally that they don't offer here, one being pepper jack cheese, they also don't have any sweet or unsweet tea, the soda tasted flat or very watered down. Then a younger man started making the sandwich I requested he asked what cheese, to which I responded "American" the man then tried to blame my husband for the other salad being incorrect and said "he said you wanted cheddar!!" Because I had ordered shredded cheese for the salad. I said "yes because I wanted shredded cheese in my salad since you don't chop the salad toppings here, he ordered my salad with bacon not ham or pepperoni for the meat." Overall bad experience. I wouldn't recommend. I wish we had read the other horrible reviews this place had before we decided to go there. Drive to the other subway less than a mile away.

Terrible place--I'll never go back. This Subway is located in the Walmart shopping plaza. They put so little on the sub and when you ask for more veggies, peppers, etc., they are so cheap in giving things out. After asking for more peppers on my veggie, the worker put an extra two or three on my sub, and this was after she put so few on the sub to begin with. She then asked me: "do you want any dressing?" She should have asked, "do you want more peppers?"--that would have been quality customer service. They also sell Annie Pretzels and I bought one and it didn't taste very fresh. Thus, I was unhappy with my pretzel and my veggie sub.

I’m not normally one to leave reviews but I felt this experience warranted me taking the time to do so. I ordered two footling sandwiches. On one of them I was given the wrong bread, no cheese, and they did not double my meat. On the other sandwich they didn’t double 3 of the veggies that my wife requested they double. If you’re craving Subway, skip this location.

The food was keeping with subway standards, that's why they got two stars instead of one. but the service made me regret even ordering anything, it appears as if there is only employee that can comprehend English, he stood there translating for the other employees he stepped away for a moment I had to repeat my order several times for something as simple as a drink order. That subway used to always have customers in there, now I see why they don't anymore
