I would give them a 3.75 but we can round up. The pizza was good but not what I ordered. I chose a pizza they have on their menu to keep it simple. I heard them asking and discussing what should go on it. They ended up subbing toppings for things they were out of without even asking me and the final product was hardly as described. But I like to think I'm an easy going customer and since it was still good I didn't contest it. I have been other times and it's always good and quick but not my first choice for pizza in the Gump. For equivocally a medium pizza or so it was around $15 with a drink. So price is moderate, it's not a value pizza.

We ordered through Grubhub. For double cheese and a pepperoni with cheese, I’m not sure where the cheese went to but it wasn’t on the pizzas. I ordered 5, and all were only a touch of cheese and burned on bottom. One wasn’t even cut as you can see in the pic. I’ve had great experiences in the past but this order was terrible.

I forget to get pictures until it's all FINISHED. On this evening I took my niece from Connecticut and she loved it!! The evening Manager was friendly and had the team rocking and rolling out customers orders effortless. He was even rotating to different stations with them. He made our pizza's and as usual they were delicious. One other note: when I order delivery from There to downtown; my pizza is ALWAYS STILL HOT!!!!! 👌

When they are good, they are amazing. When they are bad, they are abysmal. Hands down the WORST customer service I've ever experienced with food service though. After calling and letting them know that they messed my pizza up, I was told that there were "a lot of new people working" and I didn't even get an apology. They refused to replace the pizza that they messed up, they also refused to credit me for the cheese bread that I'd ordered and didn't receive. Love the pizza, absolutely despise the employees. I'd give them a one star if the pizza weren't so great most of the time though. Edit: I've decided on a one star after all. After attempting to contact the owner, it seems like they are blocking emails after asking me to email them and discuss this.

I’ve always had the best service here, until last night. I made an order for delivery and it was to be delivered at 8:04. By 8:25, my pizza was still not delivered, so I called to check on my order. I was told that my pizzas were in the oven and about to come out. 30 mins later, no status change. One hour later no status change. I have called numerous times since last night and this afternoon and no one picks the phone up. I did get an email and text saying my order had been canceled, the next day!! No one called to explain what happened or apologize.

Took my granddaughter here after school today. Great food and service. Got home, could not find my wallet. Called the store. Neil answered and started looking for it, in rhe store, parking lot and even through the garbage can to help me find it. I can't tell you how appreciative I am to Neil and his team. He took time to help a complete stranger, way outside his job duties. There's good in this world. Thank you Neil and Pieology, Montgomery.

This has the best gluten free pizza in town! The crust doesn’t taste gluten free at all! Tons of toppings to choose from. When we need to get a pizza fix, this is where we head. The staff is friendly and does a great job on our pizzas. Might be a little pricey but you can’t beat unlimited toppings! We always have leftovers to take home for another meal.
