Fazoli's

I LOVE this Fazoli's due to the AMAZING hard workers. Zachary, Isaiah, and Dillon are respectable hard working men, all of them. I was very impressed by all and the cashier who also served our food was so professional and patient!!!!! This very young man is wise beyond his years, I believe he is Isaiah.... excellent work ethic. He attended to us up until we left . Dillon came up to the front for something unrelated to taking our order but jumped right in when I asked. Zachary the manager is so hardworking, you can tell he runs this location extremely well based on his hard working crew. I really hope this location does well because you never find service like this anymore. I'm going back and telling others.

I love the loaded spaghetti and bread sticks. My favorite. And the employees are always nice. However now they're giving smaller portions in small tin pans instead of the large bowls. I felt cheated on the price. Definitely not worth the price now. Then got charged and additional $2.39 for a small cup. We spent $30 for 2 ppl. Nope, not ever again at Fazoli's. I'll go elsewhere. Wasn't told about the changes.

👎My pizza was fresh. Ist time ever getting fresh pizza. I stopped going because the food was old and make me sick to the point I was vomiting. I decided to stop to get a drink only and then changed my mind I got kid meals lasagna and pizza. Got a sheet of coupons and went back 2 days later ordered and asked for more coupons for my coworker and I was told NO and closed the window. Just plan Rude. So after that my coworkers and I went back to Olive garden for lunch and Demos. When you get somebody a chance and they screw up shame on you so shame on me for going back the second time so I ain't going to let it be a third!!!! Especially when you spend $40 $50 and apparently they're not grateful for your business what upset me the most was she asked management and then came back and said no and close the window in my face and in my coworkers face. 👎

Unfortunately they did not have the chicken penne pasta, so I Had to the chicken alfredo pasta. Don't understand what the difference is butt.. on top of it when I got bread they shoved a bunch of pieces in the bag and they didn't even put butter or anything on the top of them. This was an overall sake experience. Dude at the front was nice. That's about it

These bread sticks are so much better than Olive garden! Haha! I love going home and going here. Great Italian fast food. Everything is tasty and made on the spot. The poor staff was running on a skeleton crew, but I'm impressed with how hard they were working to make everything perfect for their customers at the Drive-Thru in a massive storm. Kudos! Great location!
